Terms
Version 2026-09-14 · last updated September 14, 2026
The agreement between you and Kodbloom. Short, and meant to be understood.
Who may open an account
You must be an adult — the parent or legal guardian of the child who will play — and old enough to enter a contract where you live. The account, the password and everything done with it are your responsibility.
Do not let a child register by themselves. If we learn an account was created by a child without a guardian, we will contact the address on it and may close it.
What you get
The first week — ten challenges in Robot Meadow — is free, with no card and no time limit.
A subscription opens all sixty challenges across six weeks, for as long as it is active.
Paying, renewing, cancelling
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay, and Stripe handles the payment and holds the card details.
Cancel whenever you like from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut it short.
If a renewal payment fails, access continues while the card is retried, and stops if it is not resolved.
Emails we will send
Only these, and nothing else:
- A message to confirm your address when you register.
- A password reset link, when you ask for one.
- A receipt when a payment succeeds, and a notice if one fails.
- One message, once ever, when your child finishes the free week.
Fair use
Do not share one account across a class or a club — get in touch instead, and we will sort out something that fits.
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not copy the challenges for use elsewhere.
Progress is not an assessment
Stars and progress are stored as the browser reports them. A determined child can edit them, and some will — that is part of learning to program. Please do not read the dashboard as a formal record of ability.
Ending it
You may delete the account at any time by writing to privacy@kodbloom.com; progress goes with it and cannot be recovered.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Changes
If these terms or the privacy policy change materially, we will tell the address on the account before the change takes effect, and record which version you accepted.
